Damian has 25 years of industry experience (both technical and commercial) and is responsible for the overall commercial performance of the business.
Ailsa is responsible for all accounting related functions (sales and purchasing) as well as finance and commercial strategy.
With 14 years site-based experience in utility location, Dean has progressed in recent years to management level. He now has total control over all operational activity within the organisation, and has responsibility for the entire utility survey division.
Chris is a degree-qualified BIM Engineer with extensive experience in both CAD and BIM. He is responsible for all BIM functions within 1ST HORIZON, and has significant influence over operational organisation / delivery management.
Nathan’s primary role is as Principal Utility Surveyor, but his keen interest in photography and film has led him in the direction of aerial surveys. Nathan now has responsibility for UAV surveys also.
Having previously worked for luxury brands in the retail sector, Sophia has experience of HR in large organisations. She is responsible for HR matters at 1ST HORIZON, and oversees all administration activity within the business.
